Manifest and Chill

Planning or Manifesting for Health & Wellness Businesses

This episode of Life Beyond The Massage Table was really fun to record! I talked about planning your year to make it an amazing one. How? With setting very intentional goals.

That might feel like a topic better suited to January 1st, but hey, you can do these types of exercises at any time. Whether you do it today, the beginning of a season, or on your birthday (that’s one that seems to be popular!), setting your intentions can be a powerful exercise.

I talked about two different methods for doing this. They’re similar, but not exactly the same.

First, we discuss the idea of choosing a Framing Word or Word of the Year. This is something we’ve talked about in the past, but I discussed it with some new ideas. I also talked about Danielle LaPorte’s Desire Map process, which relates to setting framing words.

Second, we chatted about the idea of manifestation. That sounds kind of ‘woo’ but hear me out! There is a lot to be said for the idea of manifestation, and how it has a different purpose, and outcome, then your normal goal-setting stuff.

Of course, we brought all that back to building a business (and life!) as a massage therapist or other health and wellness practitioner.
